Dance and Baton classes are scheduled throughout the week at Northland Recreation Center and the Livingston Senior/Community Center.

Creative Dance, Pre-Ballet and Jazz Classes – Ballet and movement oriented programs designed to introduce your child to ballet movement and help increase his or her overall body awareness.  These classes DO NOT include tap instruction.

Ballet and Jazz Classes – Focusing on basic ballet and jazz technique, all classes include traditional ballet bar work, center floor balance work and movement technique.  Students should select the class appropriate to their grade level.

Tap Classes – Focusing on tap dance fundamentals, this program will provide a solid training in all tap technique.  Classes will introduce increasing levels of difficulty as part of a comprehensive program.

Hip Hop Classes – These classes teach a combination of jazz and hip hop/funk dance to popular pop and hip hop songs.  If you want to learn a style of commercial dance and classical jazz moved spiced up with a little hip hop, then this is the class for you.  Easy to pick up and a whole lot of fun!
