Talent Show
CareOne in Livingston (68 Passaic Ave, second building in back) on Saturday, May 11 (2:00-3:00 pm). All grades are welcome to share their talents (e.g., song, dance, magic, jokes…). RSVP to lycs@livingstonnj.org with Name, Age, and Talent if you want to participate.
Youth Appreciation Week
Don’t forget to stop by our tent (next to the Adopt-a-Pet Tent) at The Oval on Saturday, May 25 (10:00 – 4:00 pm) to view The Mirror Project: A Question of Identity. Mirrors decorated by LYCS Peer Leaders Club (grade 6, 7, & 8) and Community Leaders Club (grade 9, 10, 11, & 12) will be on display.
Save the Date
LYCS End-of-Year Family Social will be a Barbecue on Sunday, June 9 (1:30 – 3:30 pm) at the Senior Community Center (204 Hillside Ave, lower level). If the Livingston Pool is open, we’ll have a Pool party instead. Location will be confirmed by the beginning of May, but save the date now. Join us for a celebration of music, fun, and games! Food and refreshments will be provided.

Popular Van Gogh Play Scheduled for April 12 at Livingston Senior Community Center
LIVINGSTON – The national tour of A Eulogy for Vincent – an exciting new play about the life, artworks and people in the world of painter Vincent Van Gogh – will return to the town where it has received exceptional support when A Eulogy for Vincent is performed at the Livingston Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 12.
A Eulogy for Vincent, starring professional actor Brendan Ryan Walsh, was performed at the Livingston Public Library two years ago before launching a much-acclaimed national tour, and now will return to the town where it received its initial acclaim.
Tickets for A Eulogy for Vincent are $5 per person and will include light refreshments and a talk-back with Mr. Walsh and Livingston resident Ed Schiff, the playwright and director of A Eulogy for Vincent.
