Celebrating Livingston Youth
Family Festival Day at the Oval, which is a community-wide celebration and a key event during Youth Appreciation Week, is scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2013, from 10AM-3PM. The event offers many family friendly activities including pony rides, a petting zoo, craft tents, face painters, a giant blow-up obstacle course and slides, fire trucks, adopt-a-pet, and a chalk walk, among others. The Family Festival ends in the evening with a Movie under the Stars.
While the event is free of charge, this year organizers are asking the community to donate to STUFF THE BUS (9:00 am – 11:00 am) food drive as suggested admission. This is a community wide challenge. Can we fill a large school bus with food? Organizers are counting on it!
Township-Wide Multicultural Festival: Thursday, May 23, 2013 (from 4:00-9:00 pm at YMCA)
Livingston Music Festival: Friday, May 24 (starting Livingston Little People Music Fest, 4:00 – 5:00 pm; Teen Bands 5:00 – 10:00 pm @ Livingston Town Center).
